We have several English speaking teams. 
   
Guppie beginner (takes place Friday in a heated pool at Strandlund and Sunday at Kildeskovshallen)
This team is for the new swimmer between the ages of 4 and 6 years old that has no previous swimming history.
The swimmer will learn the basic dexterities of swimming, such as floating on ones front and back, correct kicks when practicing backstroke and freestyle, furthermore the familiarity with backstroke, freestyle and butterfly-kicks.
 
Guppie advanced (takes place Friday in a heated pool at Strandlund)
This team is for the independent beginner between the ages of 4 and 6 years, who already have acquaintance with the pool environment. 
The Swimmer will learn the basic dexterities of swimming, such as floating on ones front and back, correct kicks when practicing backstroke and freestyle, furthermore the familiarity with backstroke, freestyle and butterfly-kicks.
 
Dolphin (takes place Wednesday in Kildeskovshallens 25 m pool) 
For the independent beginner or average swimmer between the ages of 6-8 years old, who knows of freestyle and backstroke and can float on ones front and back, has experience with swimming butterfly legs and can do a flip turn with little difficulty. The swimmer will learn how to do freestyle and backstroke and be acquainted with the butterfly style. Furthermore the swimmer will be taught to do a head-first-dive.
 
Whale (takes place Wednesday in Kildeskovshallens 25 m pool) 
The experiences swimmer between the ages of 6-8 years old, who has no problem swimming 25-50 meters in freestyle and backstroke, doing a head-first-dive, knowledge of swimming butterfly kicks. The swimmer will learn to do a flip turn followed by a streamline push-off in freestyle and backstroke. The swimmer will learn the correct method when taking breaths in freestyle and backstroke and how to do an official-started dive. The swimmers endurance will be exercised and evolved through longer freestyle and backstroke intervals.  
 
Shark (swimming Tuesday and Saturday, twice a week in Kildeskovshallen) 
For the evolved swimmer between the ages of 7-9 years old, who has no trouble swimming 100 meters in freestyle and backstroke, can perform a correct official-started dive, can correctly execute butterfly kicks and has basic dexterities in breaststroke kicks, can perform a flip turn followed by streamline in crawl/backstroke and breath correctly in freestyle. The swimmer will learn to swim butterfly and backstroke with the appropriate flip turns associated with those styles. The swimmers endurance will furthermore be strained by long intervals.
 
Aquachamp1AE (swimming Sunday in the 25m pool in Kildeskovshallen)
For the evolved swimmer (age 8+), who can swim freestyle and backstroke, has basic dexterities in breaststroke and butterfly kicks, plus can do a head-first-dive. The swimmer will learn how to butterfly and breaststroke, plus flip-turns in all four strokes. The swimmers endurance will furthermore be strained by long intervals. The team will swim approximately 1000 meters each lesson.
 
Aquachamp1BE (swimming Saturday in the 25m pool in Kildeskovshallen) 
For the average swimmer (age8+) who already feels comfortable with swimming 25 meters freestyle and backstroke, floating on ones front and back, has experience with swimming butterfly legs and can do a flip turn with little difficulty. The swimmer will learn how to do butterfly and breaststroke. Furthermore the swimmer will be taught to do a head-first-dive and flip-turns in all four strokes. The team will swim approximately 500 meters each lesson.
 
Aquachamp2AE (swimming twice a week, Wednesday and Sunday in Kildeskovshallen)
For the evolved and older swimmer (age9+), who has no trouble swimming 200 meters in freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke and can perform a correct official-started dive, can perform a flip turn followed by streamline in all four strokes. The swimmers endurance will furthermore be strained by long intervals. The team will swim approximately 2000 meters each lesson.
 
Aquachamp2BE (swimming twice a week, Tuesday and Saturday in Kildeskovshallen) 
For the evolved and older swimmer (age 9+), who has no trouble swimming 100 meters in freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke and can perform a correct official-started dive. The swimmer can also perform a flip-turn followed by streamline in all four strokes. The swimmers endurance will furthermore be strained by long intervals. The team will swim approximately 1200-1500 meters.
